Are you facing a specific leadership challenge or looking to pursue a new opportunity for your department or academic program?
The Department Chairs Peer Mentoring Program offers space to receive timely, actionable feedback from your peers. Through structured, facilitated discussions, you will connect with fellow leaders to solve problems and share leadership best practices.
Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Current department chairs and academic program directors may register for one group per academic year.
